What the workshop checks
The workshop looks at paint depth, panel material, scratch length, location and the finish around the damaged area.
A scratch can look dramatic in a photograph yet sit in the clear coat. Another may look small but expose primer or metal.
- Clear-coat, colour-coat, primer or metal depth
- Panel shape and access
- Metal or plastic panel material
- Solid, metallic or specialist paint finish
Why an assessment comes before a quote
The team sets the repair boundary after inspecting the scratch in person. That prevents an estimate from promising a method before the damage is understood.
Upload photos to begin the conversation, then arrange a workshop assessment for the confirmed repair route.
