Wheel Removal & Caliper Inspection
Each wheel is removed and the caliper is inspected for condition, brake fluid leaks, and structural integrity. Any seized sliders or worn components are flagged before painting begins.
Degreasing & Surface Preparation
The caliper is thoroughly degreased and all brake dust, grease, and corrosion are removed using a wire brush and specialist automotive prep solution. Proper preparation is the single most important factor in paint longevity.
Masking & Protection

Heat-Resistant Paint Application

Curing & Reassembly
The painted calipers are heat-cured to bond the coating and maximise durability. Wheels are refitted to the correct torque specification and a final brake test is conducted before the vehicle is returned.
